Every second of the past, rusted, antique
How they pile up when they are counted!
Closely observed, it’s with their texture that they speak
Clutter! We’ll judge to what they’ve all amounted.
What piece, to me, seems like just some old junk
To someone else, it may seem gilded porcelain
Depends on thought, or rather, what was thunk,
(Which is the sound past moments make when you have
dropped one!)
